National Settlement Services has been serving Virginia and Maryland since 1988. We are a local, independent and family owned title and escrow company.
We provide title examination, title insurance and and conduct real estate settlements for Residential, Commercial, Land, and Farm properties. As one of the oldest title companies in the region, our experienced and veteran team has conducted over 20,000 settlements.

Brad opened National Settlement’s doors in 1988 and has been serving the regional real estate, title and lending communities ever since.

As CEO, Zach brings experience in operations, sales, and information technology. Under his strategic direction, NSS has adopted industry-leading technologies and best practices allowing us to provide superior and modern service for our customers.

LORETTA COLOM
Loretta is a licensed Virginia Title Insurance Agent and a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent with over 30 years of experience. She has extensive experience with local builders, residential sales, refinances, and commercial transactions.

David Testa is a Virginia and Maryland Licensed Title Insurance Agent with over 17 years of experience. His diverse background consists of customer service, business development, title insurance and underwriting helps him develop and support our various business relationships.
