Contract Title Sales Representative
Earn great commission on your own schedule. This is a commission-based sales and business development role, available for local or out-of-state remote work.
Flexibility
This role fits around your other commitments. Production obligations are low, and you can work as much or as little as you like. Ideal for:

What You Will Do
- Build relationships with prospective customers.
- Develop leads and follow through with a defined sales plan.
- Target title and escrow customers in the local real estate and lending community.
- Follow up with customers and agency staff to keep service high.
- Work with our processing team for accurate, timely closings.
- Conduct refinance and purchase closings for your clients.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in title and real estate.
- Title and escrow knowledge (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent people and customer support skills.
- A notary commission, or willingness to obtain one.
- Self-direction, accountability and comfort with ambiguity.
- A high school degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
