About the Role
Grow our footprint in the local real estate market and care for an existing customer base. You build relationships with realtors and loan officers, earn their business and manage your own sales funnel through prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns and networking.
What You Will Do
- Build relationships with prospects and customers.
- Develop leads and follow through with a defined sales plan.
- Target title and escrow customers in the local real estate and lending community.
- Follow up with customers and agency staff to keep service high.
- Attend industry functions and community events.
- Oversee orders for current customers.
- Work with our processing team for accurate, timely closings.
- Conduct refinance and purchase closings for your clients.
- Be the go-to expert for client questions.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in title and real estate.
- Title and escrow knowledge (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent people and customer support skills.
- A title producer license, or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of starting.
- A notary commission, or willingness to obtain one.
- Self-direction, accountability and comfort with ambiguity.
- A high school degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
