Our EMD portal is the most secure and convenient method for delivering your EMD. It is more secure than wiring funds and does not require a personal check be written and delivered.

Our portal is extremely secure, that is the primary reason we prefer it.

We use AES-256 security protocol, which has a key length of 256 bits. This supports the largest bit size & is practically unbreakable based on current computing power, making it the strongest encryption standard.

Our portal has a 0% fraud rate. It is the safest option available.

Unlike wire transfers, routing and account numbers are not stored in our portal. Using a secure integrator, you connect to your bank or financial institution over a secure, encrypted channel that is not available to us.

NSS does not store or have access to your online banking user name or password. We cannot access your bank accounts, initiate transfers or refunds, or conduct any transactions.

Once a transfer is initiated, we cannot change or update the amount of the transfer.

We want to keep your money safe. Wire fraud is the most common form of fraud in the real estate industry. It does not have the same level of protection for your funds.

While our portal is the most secure option for EMD delivery, if you cannot submit through the portal we also accept a wire transfer or check.
